Custom Order PolicyÂ
At Kings Wear Crowns, we specialize in custom, made-to-order apparel. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale. Once the production process has begun, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Quality Guarantee (10-Day Window)
We take great pride in our work. If there is a physical failure in the print (such as peeling or cracking) or a mistake made on our end (wrong item or wrong color), we offer a full replacement at no additional cost at our discretion and subject to inspection.
- You must notify us within 10 days of receiving or picking up your order to be eligible for a replacement.
- To start a claim, please email us at support@kingswearcrowns.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

Image Upload Disclaimer
We print the exact file provided by the customer. Kings Wear Crowns is not responsible for low-quality, blurry, or pixelated prints resulting from low-resolution images uploaded by the customer. We highly recommend uploading high-resolution (300 DPI) files or vector art for the best results. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the quality of the artwork you provide.
Sizing and Color Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items ordered in the wrong size. Additionally, please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor settings and the printing process.
Abandoned Pickups Items selected for "Local Pickup" must be collected within 60 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification. Orders not collected within this timeframe will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for a pickup or a refund.
