Shipping & Pickup Policy
Processing Time All of our items are custom-made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to design and press your gear before it is shipped or ready for pickup. During busy holiday seasons, processing times may extend, and we will notify you of any significant delays.
Local Pickup (Carson City, NV)
- Location: Carson City Community Center (851 E William St).
- Process: Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with a link to schedule a 10-minute pickup window.
- Availability: Pickups are conducted Monday through Friday.
- Timeline: Orders must be picked up within 60 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification.
Shipping Rates & Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes We do ship to P.O. Boxes; however, please ensure the address is recognized by the carrier at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
Damages & Issues Kings Wear Crowns is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Addresses We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
